FAQ's
1. Do you offer double or single rolls?
-
We offer double rolls. Each roll measures 20.9 inches in width by 11 yards in length, covering approximately 57 square feet (excluding pattern waste).
2. How do I calculate how many rolls I need?
-
To calculate the number of rolls required for your project (excluding our Contract collection):
a. Measure the width and height of your surface in feet.
b. Divide 33 by the height of your surface, round down, and then multiply the result by 1.7.
c. Divide the width of your surface by the number you obtained in step b and round up. This final number is the total number of rolls you'll need.

10. What are the differences between your wallpaper collections?
-
Our collections are mostly Vinyl Coated with a Non-Woven backing, with the exception of the Contract collection, which is 100% Vinyl (Type 1).
Here’s a breakdown of the various types of wallpaper:
-
Vinyl Coated Paper: A paper substrate with a vinyl coating. This wallpaper is scrubbable, strippable, and ideal for moisture-prone areas like kitchens and bathrooms.
-
Coated Fabric: Fabric substrate coated with liquid vinyl or acrylic. This type is "breathable," making it best for living spaces with lower moisture levels.
-
Paper-Backed Vinyl/Solid Sheet Vinyl: A paper substrate laminated to a solid vinyl surface. Durable and resistant to moisture, grease, and stains, this type is suitable for most rooms but not ideal for high-traffic areas.
-
Fabric-Backed Vinyl: A vinyl decorative surface laminated to a fabric or paper substrate. It offers enhanced durability, washability, and scrubbability, making it ideal for high-use areas.
-
Paper: A plain paper substrate with printed designs. Some papers may have a coating for protection, but true paper wallpapers are not coated.
11. Can I install the wallpaper myself (DIY)?
-
While we have heard of successful DIY installations, we recommend hiring a professional wallpaper installer for the best results.
12. Are your wallpapers trimmed or untrimmed?
-
All our wallpapers are trimmed.
13. How long does your wallpaper last?
-
Our wallpaper is designed to last 15+ years. We often say, "You'll grow tired of it before it wears out!"
14. Are your wallpaper waterproof?
-
Although our wallpaper is not waterproof per se, they are water resistant. You are able to install our wallpaper that is not Type I in powder rooms and well-ventilated bathrooms.
-
We must keep in mind that the adhesive used to install the wallpaper is water based, so if there is a lot of steam (humidity) in an area, the wallpaper may start to peel off or bubble up. Always ask your installer if they deem the area fit for wallpaper.
